• Dictionary Project
  • Description: This committee oversees a hands-on project to deliver dictionaries to every 3rd grade classroom in Missoula County.  Sunrise and Centennial Rotaries also help in this endeavor.
  • Results we want: We want our Rotary Club to be seen and heard in the schools and give a gift of a dictionary to 3rd graders who are learning how to use them.  This dictionary will be useful to each student now and in the future as they proceed further with their education.
  • General Standards:
    • In October, the dictionaries are ordered and stored.
    • Rotarians are asked to sign up for a school/schools and make arrangements for delivery of the dictionaries.
    • The dictionaries are delivered and presented to the 3rd graders.
