  • New Member Mentors
    • Description: Committee members on the New Member Orientation and Participation Committee need to mentor new members.
    • Results we want: To guide and encourage new members on their journey to becoming Rotarians.
    • General Standards:
      • Introduce yourself to new members in meetings.
      • Sit with the new member at lunch.
      • Perform the New Member Orientation when the chair is unavailable. 
      • Reach out to other committee chairs to see if they have current needs with which new members could get involved.
      • Get new members involved on a committee as soon as possible.

Present concerns to the committee chair about any new member.
