Program Committee - Club Administration
Committee Description
The weekly meeting held for Rotary members each Wednesday offers fellowship, buffet lunch and an interesting speaker. The Program Committee recruits speakers for the meeting, assures a bio and photo is available for each speaker and is posted in advance in the Weekly Bulletin and on the club website (https://www.RotaryClubofMissoula.org), and that the club president is aware of the next week's speaker to announce at the current week's meeting. This committee works hand in hand with other Club Service committees that schedules weekly music, greeters, inspirational messages, and Pledge of Allegiance leaders to be presented, as well as the Sergeant-at-Arms who sets up and takes down the room decor, and collects the donatedHappy Bucks.
