Committee Description

  • The Weekly Bulletin electronic newsletter is produced each week, published on Mondays prior to the Wednesday weekly meeting and emailed to all regular and honorary members, as well as select district officers and others who have asked to subscribe to the publication.

Goal  

  • To inform and engage members and keep them up-to-date about club activities and events

General Standards 

  • The Weekly Bulletin will be produced weekly.
  • Committee chairs and members will provide information to the Weekly Bulletin editor about their committee's news.
  • The Weekly Bulletin editor, with assistance from Public Image Committee members and all other members, will seek news stories to report.
  • The editor and committee members will assure club events and meetings are covered by taking high quality photos to include.
  • The editor will assure quality content.
  • The editor will assure current and accurate information.
