Board of Directors Meetings

• Description
  • A monthly meeting with the club officers and directors, including: president, president-elect, immediate past president, secretary, treasurer, and directors of Club Service, Community Service, International Service, Vocational Service and Youth Service meet to review club business, set priorities and organize recommendations/motions for the board to review, comment on and vote. The sargeant-at-arms and risk management officer may attend the board meetings at the pleasure of the president.
• Goals
  • To carry out the business, fiscal administration and operations of the club.
• General Standards
  • Held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5 pm at Missoula Country Club.
  • Agenda and materials should be prepared and distributed in advance of the meeting.
  • Make good use of everyone’s time.
  • Finalize the board agenda and accountabilities.
